I was surprised to find many family-owned, independent agencies. These in particular interested me because I felt they could identify with my growing family and growing business insurance needs. With decades of experience among them I found their knowledge and skill in meeting and exceeding their customer’s expectations to be an advantage for them.  

Another benefit of having them operate as an independent agency is that they can offer their customers policies through a wide range of companies. I get the coverage that works best for me while enjoying pricing that is much more competitive.
