How’s this for irony.  The Polar Express movie introduces itself with this line, “It’s nearly midnight on Christmas Eve when a doubting young boy is startled by a thunderous roar”.  Do you love it?  Do you get it?  It’s nearly midnight on Christmas Eve!  And I’m here to remind everyone to go see The Polar Express before it pulls out of the station at the IMAX at the Milwaukee Public Museum.  It’s showing there through January 3rd, 2010.

The animation in the movies that my children watch today is so different, so much more life-like than it was when I was a kid!  It makes it all the more fun for me to watch with the kids.
