In this economy, many of us are looking for ways to expand our wardrobes without our wallets contracting.  If you have some extra time, unlimited patience, and an imagination that sees the beauty in vintage pieces of clothing, shopping at some of Milwaukee’s vintage shops or thrift shops is for you.  You can spend pennies on the dollar for items that the original owner paid …. well you don’t really want to know that.  For bargain hunters like us, it’s upsetting to see what some people will pay in the retail stores.

It can be fun sifting through rack after rack of clothing, some just old, some vintage.  The reward comes when you find that special blazer that will go with your favorite pair of jeans!
